He went up on the roof and looked around for quite some time, took photos. And then he came down, showed me what problems my roof does have and then as I waited worriedly for an estimate - he told me I didn't need to do anything. It would be years before it needed the work and perhaps not until the normal end of its life. For so long we have been used to people trying to scare us into repairs we didn't need that I was thunderstruck. What an amazing person and company.
